Section 29-4-23 Secretary of the Senate - Cannot retain fees; disclosure of personal income. (a) The Secretary of the Senate shall not retain any of the fees charged for the sale of copies of bills introduced in the Legislature. All such fees shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the General Fund and shall be used to cover the expenses of the Legislature.
