Section 29-2-123 Joint Legislative Advisory Committee - Duties. It shall be the duty of the
committee to review applications and recommend for approval any community services grants
made from any funds appropriated to the State Executive Commission on Community Services Grants

Section 29-2A-5 Material to be provided to commission; grant funds. (a) Any department, agency,
institution, and establishment of the executive branch of government and regulatory agency
or regulatory commission of the state, excluding entities that do not receive a direct appropriation

Section 41-9-1062 Compensation; expenses. Each citizen member of the commission shall receive
the same daily expense, mileage, and travel allowance for each day he or she attends a commission
meeting as authorized for state employees attending state business. Each legislator serving

Section 45-2-220.04 Funding. (a) The Baldwin County Archives shall be funded by all of the
following: (1) By transaction fees levied by the county commission for the purpose of this
part from the departments of government that it serves. (2) By funds appropriated by the county

Section 8-19A-19 Attorney's fees and costs. (a) In any civil action or investigation resulting
from a transaction involving a violation of this chapter, except as provided in subsection
(c), the division shall receive reasonable attorney's fees and costs from the nonprevailing

Section 2-6A-3 Duties of program coordinator. The commission shall employ a program coordinator
who shall be an employee of the commission but who may be on loan to the commission from any
