Section 29-2-121 Joint Legislative Advisory Committee - Created; composition; operation. There
is hereby created a permanent Joint Legislative Advisory Committee on Community Services Grants,
hereinafter referred to as the committee. The committee shall consist of the Chair of the
House Ways and Means Committee; the Chair of the Senate Finance and Taxation-Education Committee;
the Chair of the Senate Committee on Economic Expansion and Trade; three members of the House
Ways and Means Committee appointed by the Chair of the House Ways and Means Committee; one
member of the Senate Finance and Taxation-Education Committee appointed by the Chair of the
Senate Finance and Taxation-Education Committee; and one member of the Senate Committee on

Section 41-15B-4 Permanent joint interim legislative oversight committee. (a) There is created
the Permanent Joint Interim Legislative Oversight Committee of the Children First Trust Fund.
The committee shall be composed of three members of each house, to be appointed by the presiding

Section 8-6-53 Selection of chair; rules for proceedings; meetings; quorum; records and reports;
access to offices and records; exercise of powers of director. (a) The Securities Commission
shall select a chair and may adopt rules for conducting its proceedings. (b) The commission

Section 23-8-6 Approved contractors and suppliers; bidding. (a) All county and municipal projects
let to contract shall utilize contractors and material suppliers listed on the ALDOT's list
of approved contractors and suppliers. ALDOT's list of approved contractors and material suppliers
shall include the ALDOT's Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise List. Beginning October

Section 23-8-7 Alabama Transportation Rehabilitation and Improvement Program-II Committee.
(a) There is hereby created the Alabama Transportation Rehabilitation and Improvement Program-II

Section 41-22-23 Submission and review of proposed rules; fiscal note required for rules with
economic impact. (a) The notice required by subdivision (a)(1) of Section 41-22-5 shall be
given, in addition to the persons named in the notice, to each member of the committee and
such other persons in the legislative department as the committee requires. The form of the

Section 36-32-4 Meetings; seal; quorum. The commission shall meet in regular session quarterly
