Section 9-8A-3 Commission - Members and officers; terms of office; vacancies; compensation
and expenses; meetings; quorum; record of proceedings; copies of proceedings as evidence;
members and officers not personally liable. (a) The members of the commission shall consist
of the Governor; the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries; the President of the Alabama

Section 29-2-4 Reporting requirements; powers and duties. (a) On or before January 31 of each
year, any county or city required to report local motor fuel excise tax rate information to
the Department of Revenue pursuant to Act 1998-192 shall provide a similar report to the transportation
department regarding the total amount of local motor fuel excise tax revenues collected by
the county or city for the immediately preceding fiscal year and the total amount of the revenues
expended on road and bridge maintenance and improvement during that same fiscal year. The

Section 41-17A-6 Green Fleets Review Committee. (a) In order to ensure compliance with the
goals outlined in Section 41-17A-4, as well as to monitor the actions outlined in Section
41-17A-5, a Green Fleets Review Committee is created. The Permanent Joint Legislative Committee

Section 45-49A-63.125 Meetings. (a) The board shall meet not less than once each month and
at such other times as may be considered necessary by the chair of the board. All meetings
shall be upon such notice, at such place or places, and at such time or times as the board
may from time to time determine. Five members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the
transaction of business. Board members must be present to vote; no proxies shall be allowed.

Section 16-44A-3 Frequency and purpose of membership meetings. (a) The compact membership shall
meet annually for the purpose of transacting the following business: (1) Hear reports and
make recommendations to the board of directors regarding the compact and its progress in meeting
its purposes. (2) Set annual membership dues, and create additional associate, non-voting
