Section 29-2-107 Disclosure of information; violation. (a) All records, reports, permanency plans, reviews, and reports of children in state care or any material prepared in connection with the planning, placement, or care of a child in the care or custody of a state agency shall not be a public record and shall be disclosed only for the purposes directly related to the administration of this article or as otherwise determined by the agency having jurisdiction of the child in state care to be reasonably necessary or reasonably required and as directly related to the provisions of any services needed by the child.
