Section 45-40-60 Expense allowances. (a) The Lawrence County Coroner shall be paid an expense allowance from the county general fund in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) monthly, which shall be in addition to any and all other salary, allowance, or other compensation provided by law for the county coroner. (a) The Coroner of Dale County shall continue to receive a salary of five hundred dollars ($500) per month which shall be paid from the General Fund of Dale County subject to subsection (b). There is hereby created in the State Treasury an Education Trust Fund Budget Stabilization Fund and an Education Trust Fund Advancement and Technology Fund. Section 45-30-101.04 Funds. (a) Each scholarship awarded pursuant to this part shall only be used for a student's tuition at an in-state institution of higher learning. (b) Scholarship funds shall be distributed equally among all undergraduate college students of any institution of higher education who meet residence requirements in Franklin County and who seek reimbursement as provided herein.
