Section 29-13-3 General Fund Budget Reserve Fund. There is hereby created within the State
Treasury the General Fund Budget Reserve Fund, to which monies shall be deposited as provided
in this chapter and as appropriated by the Legislature. Monies that accrue to the fund shall
not be subject to withdrawal except as provided in this chapter. Any monetary interest that

Section 25-14-10 Professional Employer Organization Registration Administrative Trust Fund.
(a) There is established in the State Treasury a fund entitled the Professional Employer Organization
Registration Administrative Trust Fund. Fees and assessments provided by this chapter collected

to all other powers at any time conferred upon an authority by law, an authority may, in connection
with the issuance of any bonds hereunder, create and establish one or more special debt service

to time to sell and issue its bonds in limited amounts and for the purpose of promoting economic
