Section 40-23-1 Definitions; transactions considered or not considered sales. (a) For the purpose of this division, the following terms shall have the respective meanings ascribed by this section: (1) PERSON or COMPANY. Section 23-6-8 Bonds of corporation; annual appropriation from state Public Road and Bridge Fund. Section 28-5-11 Payment of fee by permittees to cover costs of inspection and supervision; disposition of proceeds from fees; permittees to notify Governor of changes in officers, directors, etc. Every permittee, upon obtaining a permit under this chapter and annually thereafter, shall pay to the Treasurer a fee of $1,000.00 to cover the cost of inspection and supervision of the operation of such industrial alcohol plant, which amount shall be accounted for as a separate fund, and the proceeds after the payment of all expenses of administration shall be paid into the General Fund of the state.
