Section 28-5-2 Authorization and procedure generally for granting of permits for operation of alcohol distilleries and denaturing plants in connection with sugar refineries. When used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) INDUSTRIAL ALCOHOL.
