Section 13A-11-186 Penalties for violation of article. It shall be unlawful for any person
subject to the provisions of this article to fail or refuse to comply with any of the provisions
hereof within the time prescribed. Any person violating any provision of this article shall
be subject to a fine of not less than $10.00 nor more than $50.00 for each day of violation,
or imprisonment in the county jail not less than 10 nor more than 30 days for each day of
