Section 45-13-41 License requirements; operation of massage parlor; unlawful activities; violations.
(a) The provisions of this section shall apply to all counties having a population of not
less than 26,000 nor more than 26,800 inhabitants according to the 1970 or any subsequent
federal decennial census. (b) The following words and terms as used in this section shall,
unless the context requires a different meaning, have the meanings respectively ascribed to
them by this section: (1) The term "massage parlor" shall mean any establishment,
building, room, or place other than a regularly licensed hospital, medical clinic, nursing
home, or dispensary, the offices of a physician, a surgeon, or an osteopath, where non-medical,
non-surgical, non-osteopathic, and non-chiropractic manipulative exercises, massages, or procedures
are practiced upon the human body, or any part thereof, for other than cosmetic or beautifying

Section 9-11-252.1 Motor vehicle, weapons, etc., used in nighttime deer hunting declared contraband;
seizure report; condemnation and forfeiture; disposition of proceeds. (a) Any motor vehicle,
or any gun, rifle, ammunition or other hunting equipment which has been or is used for illegal
nighttime deer hunting shall be contraband, and, in the discretion of the circuit court may
be forfeited to the State of Alabama, as hereinafter provided. (b) The sheriff or any other
person authorized to enforce the game and fish laws of this state who apprehends any person

Section 9-11-91.1 Unauthorized fishing from or near fish farm. (a) It shall be unlawful for
any person to fish or take fish from any fish farm except with the consent of the owner thereof.
Any person possessing fishing tackle on the premises of a fish farm shall be rebuttably presumed
to be fishing. (b) Any motor vehicle, or fishing tackle, or other fishing equipment which
has been or is used for illegal fishing shall be contraband, and, in the discretion of the
circuit court may be forfeited to the county wherein the violation occurred, as provided by

Section 4-3-13 Assistance and cooperation by counties, municipalities, etc. For the purpose
of aiding and cooperating with the authority in the planning, development, undertaking, construction,
extension, improvement or operation of airports, heliports and air navigation facilities,

to receive the following fees for the services as listed below in civil and criminal cases:
