Section 28-8-8 Unlawful acts and offenses; penalties. (a) Unlawful acts and offenses.
It shall be unlawful: (1) For any manufacturer or importer licensed by the board to sell its
brand or brands of alcoholic beverages in the State of Alabama to any person, except through
the board in the case of spirituous liquor and wine, other than to a licensed wholesaler designated
as the exclusive wholesaler for said brand or brands. (2) For any wholesaler to sell to a
retail licensee any brand of alcoholic beverages in the State of Alabama, except in the sales
territory designated by the manufacturer or importer licensee and set forth in a written territorial
agreement authorizing the sale by such wholesaler licensee of that brand within a designated

Section 28-1-1 Possession of still, etc., or illegally manufactured, transported or
imported alcoholic beverages. In all counties of the state it shall be unlawful for any person,
firm or corporation to have in his or its possession any still or apparatus to be used for
the manufacture of any alcoholic beverage of any kind or any alcoholic beverage of any kind
illegally manufactured or transported within the state or imported into the state from any

Section 28-3A-6 Manufacturer licensing and requirements; tastings or samplings; charitable
event donations. (a) Upon applicant's compliance with this chapter and the rules adopted under
this chapter, the board shall issue to applicant a manufacturer license which shall authorize
the licensee to manufacture or otherwise distill, produce, ferment, brew, bottle, rectify,
or compound alcoholic beverages within this state for sale or distribution within this state.

Section 45-8A-25 Sale of alcoholic beverages. (a) This section only applies to
the City of Anniston and provides for the Anniston Ecotourism Beverage Bill. (b) Alcoholic

Section 11-3A-4 Alcoholic beverage licenses in Class 3 municipalities with elected county
commission chair. (a) This section shall apply to any county with a Class 3 municipality
that has an elected county commission chair. (b) All other provisions of law, rules, or regulations

Any person, licensed to engage in alcoholic beverage transactions in this state pursuant to
the Alcoholic Beverage Licensing Code, Chapter 3A of Title 28, who commits the crime of illegal
possession of food stamps, shall, upon conviction thereof, in addition to the criminal penalties
