The sale of alcoholic beverages after 1:00 p.m. on Sundays may be authorized by the town council
within the corporate limits of the Town of Baker Hill as provided in this section.

Section 45-8-21.01 Issuance of license; review. (a) All other provisions of law, rules,
or regulations to the contrary notwithstanding, the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board
shall absolutely have no authority to issue any form of on-premise license in any municipality
in Calhoun County, Alabama, for the retail sale of any form of intoxicating beverages, including,
but not limited to, beer and other forms of malt beverages, wine, liquor, or other alcoholic
beverages regulated by the board, unless the application therefor has first been approved
by the governing body of the county or the municipality within whose corporate limits the

Section 45-9-234 Issuance; fee. (a) In Chambers County, except as provided in subsection
(b), the fee for issuance of a permit to carry a pistol in a vehicle or concealed on or about

Section 2-15-41 Dealer's permit required; permit fee and plates for vehicles used in
hauling or transporting livestock; relation to Article 6 of chapter. No dealer, except as
provided in this section, may engage in any business described in Section 2-15-40

Section 28-4-116 Conduct of business of delivering, transporting, storing or warehousing
prohibited liquors and beverages by transfer, warehouse, etc., companies; forfeiture of charter
