(a) Unless otherwise provided for in this subsection, sales of motor fuel to the following are exempt from the tax levied by subsection (a) of Section 40-17-325 and shall not be paid at the rack: (1) All motor fuel exported from this state for which proof of export is available in the form of a terminal issued destination state shipping document that is a. exported by a supplier who is licensed in the destination state or b. is sold by a supplier to a licensed exporter for immediate export to a state for which the applicable destination state motor fuel excise tax has been collected by the supplier who is licensed to remit the tax to the destination state. Section 11-65-20 Terms of operator's license. (a) An operator's license issued under this chapter, whether for horse racing and pari-mutuel wagering thereon or for greyhound racing and pari-mutuel wagering thereon, shall be for an initial period of 20 years, but shall be subject to renewal as provided in this section. A commission shall have no power to modify the terms of an operator's license, once issued, without the prior written consent of the holder of such license. Section 28-4-29 Solicitation or receipt of order for prohibited liquors or beverages. Any person who within this state solicits or receives any order for any spirituous, vinous or malt liquors or any other liquors or beverages prohibited by the law of the state to be sold or offered for sale or otherwise disposed of in this state in any quantity to be shipped into this state or to be shipped from one point in this state to another point in this state shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
