Section 28-3A-6 Manufacturer licensing and requirements; tastings or samplings; charitable event donations. (a) Upon applicant's compliance with this chapter and the rules adopted under this chapter, the board shall issue to applicant a manufacturer license which shall authorize the licensee to manufacture or otherwise distill, produce, ferment, brew, bottle, rectify, or compound alcoholic beverages within this state for sale or distribution within this state. Section 28-4A-3 Brewpub licensing and requirements; conditions. Section 28-3A-24 Suspension or revocation of licenses; appointment of hearing commission; notice, hearing and findings; fines. (a) The board shall have full and final authority as to the suspension or revocation of any license issued under this chapter and to levy a fine against a licensee in lieu of such suspension or revocation. Section 28-8-2 Designation of exclusive sales territory and exclusive wholesaler.
