Section 44-1-39 Restrictions on release or use of records. (a) It shall be unlawful, except for purposes directly connected with the administration of this chapter, or as herein provided, and in accordance with regulations of the department of youth services, for any person or persons to solicit, disclose, receive or make use of, or authorize, knowingly permit, participate in or acquiesce in the use of any information concerning any youth for whom the department provides social services or care in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and derived from the records, papers, files or communications of the department, or of any agency or facility utilized by the department in providing services to any youth or acquired in the course of the performance of official duties. Section 13A-6-181 Fines; counseling or educational training programs; pretrial diversion program. (a)(1) Notwithstanding any other fines, restitution, court costs, or docket fees, upon conviction for the offense of promoting prostitution under Division 1 of Article 3 of Chapter 12, or a violation of subsection (b) or (d) of Section 13A-12-121, a mandatory fine of five hundred dollars ($500) shall be assessed. Section 22-18-4 Fees of licenses; disposition of funds; qualifications for EMSP licensure. (a) In addition to all other fees now payable, the Board of Health shall establish, by rule, a fee for EMSP and air or ground provider service licenses. Each license issued to an EMSP shall be valid for a period of 24 calendar months. Each license issued to a provider service shall be valid for a period not to exceed 12 calendar months.
