Section 45-39-92.46 Review of records; rules and regulations; recovery of collection
costs. It shall be the duty of the County Commission of Lauderdale County to enforce this
subpart upon its imposing the tax thereunder, and it shall have the right itself, or its members
or its agents, to examine the books, reports, and accounts of every distributor, storer, or
retail dealer of gasoline or motor fuel on which the tax has been imposed and to make any
and all rules and regulations necessary and proper for the collection of the tax. Provided,
however, upon resolution of the Lauderdale County Commission, the State Department of Revenue

is hereby levied in addition to the license taxes provided for by this chapter and municipal
and county license taxes and in addition to any marked-up price made by the board on wine

Section 45-7-241 Levy of tax; disposition of funds; construction with state sales tax
statutes. (a) The following words, terms, and phrases as used in this section shall
have the following respective meanings except where the context clearly indicates a different

Section 11-3-11.2 Collection of local taxes - County commission. (a) The county commission
may, by ordinance or resolution, administer and collect, or contract for the collection of,
any local sales and use taxes or other local county taxes levied or authorized to be levied

Section 11-98-5.2 911 Fund. (a) Effective October 1, 2013, the 911 Fund shall be created
as an insured interest-bearing account into which the 911 Board shall deposit all revenues
derived from the service charge levied on voice communications service providers under this
chapter and all prepaid wireless 911 charges received from the department. The revenues deposited

Section 40-20-2 Levy and amount of tax upon business of producing or severing oil or

the additional privilege and license tax, consumers' use tax, and sellers' use tax levied
