Section 8-26B-30 Alabama Athlete Agents Commission. (a) The Alabama Athlete Agents Commission is continued in existence. The commission shall consist of the Secretary of State and 18 members to be appointed as follows: (1) One member appointed by the Governor. (2) One member appointed by the Lieutenant Governor. (3) One member appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives. (a) The Alabama Professional Bail Bonding Board is created to administer and enforce this article. The board shall consist of all of the following members: (1) Seven professional bondsmen, one from each of the seven congressional districts of the state, nominated by the Alabama Bail Bond Association and appointed by the Governor from a list of not more than four nominees for each position on the board.
