Section 20-1-140 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following words shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. (1) MILK, MILK PRODUCTS, AND FROZEN DESSERT PROCESSING PLANT. A plant or facility, place, premises, or establishment where milk, milk products, or frozen desserts are collected, handled, processed, stored, pasteurized, aseptically processed, bottled, or prepared for distribution. The term includes single-service container manufacturing plants. This term excludes manufacturers who produce cheese exclusively. (2) PERSON. A natural person, firm, partnership, or corporate entity. (3) SINGLE-SERVICE CONTAINER MANUFACTURING PLANT. An establishment for the fabrication, production, handling, and storage of single-service containers and closures intended to be used for Grade "A" milk or milk products.
