Section 28-4-182 Permit from Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to have wine shipped from outside the state - Required. When any such person desires to have shipped from outside of the state wine for sacramental purposes in the usual religious exercises of his denomination, he may apply to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board for a permit, stating the amount desired, during what period and for what purpose; and said board, if satisfied of the good faith of the application, shall grant a written permit to the applicant, permitting the shipment of such amount as is shown to be reasonably necessary, to be stated in the permit, for the time stated for such purpose.
