Section 40-2A-10 Confidentiality, disclosure, and exchange of tax returns and tax information. THIS SECTION WAS AMENDED BY ACT 2019-101 IN THE 2019 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE MAY 6, 2019. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, it shall be unlawful for any person to print, publish, or divulge, without the written permission or approval of the taxpayer, the return of any taxpayer or any part of the return, or any information secured in arriving at the amount of tax or value reported, for any purpose other than the proper administration of any matter administered by the department, a county, or a municipality, or upon order of any court, or as otherwise allowed in this section. Section 45-4-111 Electronic voting system authorized; requirements for use. (a) As used in this section: (1) "Automatic tabulating equipment" shall mean apparatus which automatically examines and counts votes recorded on paper ballots or ballot cards and tabulates the results. Section 11-98-4.1 Board created; composition; powers and duties. (a) There is created a statewide 911 Board comprised of 13 members that shall reflect the racial, gender, geographic, urban/rural, and economic diversity of the state. All appointing authorities shall coordinate their appointments so that diversity of gender, race, and geographical areas is reflective of the makeup of this state. Section 40-23-199.2 Marketplace facilitators. (a) For the purpose of this Act 2018-539, the following terms shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them: (1) DEPARTMENT.
