Section 7-9A-523 Information from filing office; sale or license of records. (a) Acknowledgment
of filing written record. If a person that files a written record requests an acknowledgment
of the filing, the filing office shall send to the person an image of the record showing the
number assigned to the record pursuant to Section 7-9A-519(a)(1) and the date and time of
the filing of the record. However, if the person furnishes a copy of the record to the filing
office, the filing office may instead: (1) note upon the copy the number assigned to the record
pursuant to Section 7-9A-519(a)(1) and the date and time of the filing of the record; and
(2) send the copy to the person. (b) Acknowledgment of filing other record. If a person files

Section 45-39-200.02 License commissioner - Office, supplies, personnel. The county governing
body shall furnish suitable quarters for the county license commissioner, and provide the
necessary forms, books, stationery, records, equipment, and supplies, except such stationary,
forms, and supplies as are furnished pursuant to law by the State Department of Finance or

Section 27-40-6 Books and records. (a) Every licensee shall maintain records of its premium
finance transactions and the said records shall be open to examination and investigation by
the commissioner. The commissioner may at any time require any licensee to bring such records

Section 27-9A-6 Application for license. (a) An individual applying for a resident independent
adjuster license shall apply to the commissioner on the appropriate NAIC Uniform Individual
Application and declare under penalty of suspension, revocation, or refusal of the license
that the statements made in the application are true, correct, and complete to the best of

the bond filed by the applicant is approved the commissioner shall issue a license to the

Section 27-25-4.2 License; license renewal; name or address change. (a) Unless denied licensure
pursuant to Section 27-25-4.5, a person who meets the requirements of Sections 27-25-4.1 and
27-25-4.3 shall be issued a title insurance agent license. (b) A title insurance agent license
must be initially renewed in accordance with a schedule prescribed by the commissioner and
