Section 27-45A-4 Licensure of pharmacy benefits managers. (a) (1) Effective January 1, 2020,
to conduct business in this state, a pharmacy benefits manager must be licensed by the commissioner.
To initially obtain a license or renew a license, a pharmacy benefits manager shall submit
all of the following: a. A nonrefundable fee not to exceed $500. b. A copy of the licensee's
corporate charter, articles of incorporation, or other charter document. c. A completed licensure
form adopted by the commissioner containing: 1. The name and address of the licensee. 2. The
name, address, and official position of an employee who will serve as the primary contact
for the Department of Insurance. 3. Any additional contact information deemed appropriate
by the commissioner or reasonably necessary to verify the information contained in the application.

Section 28-3-192 Unlawful acts and offenses; penalties. (a) It shall be unlawful: (1) For any

Section 45-8-22 Special licenses; additional taxes; maintenance of records. (a) It shall be
unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, other than the state Alcoholic Beverage Control
Board, to sell at retail in Calhoun County any spirituous or vinous liquors without first
obtaining a special license from the judge of probate that shall be in addition to all other
licenses required by law. The amount of the special license shall be determined by the county
commission and shall be levied in the same manner as other county licenses are levied. Licenses
required by this subsection shall expire on September 30th following the date of purchase.

state who is 16 years old or older shall procure an annual "all game hunt license"

Section 45-41-160.01 Reimbursement for monetary loss; due care. (a) The Lee County Commission
shall reimburse the offices of judge of probate, revenue commissioner, license commissioner,
and sheriff from the general fund in the amount of any monetary loss arising or caused without
the personal knowledge of the officer, including loss arising from acceptance of worthless
forged checks, drafts, money orders, or other written orders for money or its equivalent.

Section 45-8-203 Motor vehicle registration renewals. (a) A special issuance fee of twenty-five
cents ($0.25) shall be collected by the License Commissioner of Calhoun County on each motor
