Section 2-31-13 Refusal, suspension or revocation of license - Procedure; hearings. The above
hearing shall be formal and shall be held no less than 10 days after notice is given to the
grain dealer of the hearing nor more than 30 days after the commissioner has received the
request for the hearing. The commissioner or his designated representative shall preside over
the hearing and it shall be the burden of the grain dealer to show that the grounds set out
in the commissioner's letter of revocation, suspension or failure to renew would not constitute
grounds to support the action taken by the commissioner. In this hearing and all other hearings
and matters contemplated under the laws which the commissioner is responsible for regulation,

Section 34-27-61 Hearing; refusal, suspension, or revocation of license; willful violation
defined; escrow deficiency. The commission may upon its own motion, or upon the verified complaint
in writing of any person, hold a hearing regarding an alleged violation by any person or business
entity of this article. Any person found guilty of having violated any provision of this article

the license of any licensee conducting a race meeting, upon the willful violation of any of
the provisions of this part, or any rule or regulation promulgated by the commission or may

(a) Any person, firm, corporation, or association holding a game breeder's license as provided
in Section 9-11-30 may sell live protected game animals and game birds, or the eggs, embryos,
or semen of the birds and animals for propagating purposes to any person within or without
this state. The purchaser or purchasers of protected game animals or game birds, or eggs,
embryos, or semen of the birds or animals, shall be reported to the Commissioner of Conservation
