Section 40-12-449 Suspension, revocation, or denial of license. (a) Subject to the appeal provisions
allowed under Chapter 2A, the commissioner may suspend or revoke a license issued for the
willful and intentional failure of the licensee to comply with this article. (b) A license
may be revoked or a license application may be denied by the department for any of the following
reasons: (1) Fraud practiced or any material misstatement in the license application. (2)
Change of condition after a license is granted or the failure to maintain qualification for
the license. (3) Skipping title assignment; accepting an open assignment of title whereby
the seller has signed the title to transfer ownership without listing the purchaser in the
title assignment. (4) Having no established place of business. (5) Failing to properly keep

Section 45-37-243.04 Bonds or securities. (a) Any person before engaging in selling any alcoholic,
spirituous, vinous, or fermented liquors in any county subject to this subpart shall file
with the judge of probate, license commissioner, director of county department of revenue,
or other public officer performing like duties in such counties a bond in the approximate
sum of two times the average monthly tax estimated by such official which shall be due by

Section 5-19A-14 Application for new pawnshop license, transfer of existing license, etc. (a)
An application for a new pawnshop license, the transfer of an existing pawnshop license, or
the approval of a change in the ownership of a licensed pawnshop shall be under oath and shall
state the full name and place of residence of the applicant, the place where the business
is to be conducted, and other relevant information required by the supervisor. If the applicant

Section 8-26B-5 Registration as athlete agent; application; requirements; reciprocal registration.
(a) An applicant for registration as an athlete agent shall submit an application for registration
to the Secretary of State in a form prescribed by the Secretary of State. The applicant must

payments. (a) No license as required under Section 2-15-132 shall be issued or renewed until

Section 27-27-16 Domestic mutual insurers - Bond or deposit in lieu thereof. (a) Before soliciting
any applications for insurance required under Section 27-27-15, as qualification for the original
certificate of authority, the incorporators of the proposed mutual insurer shall file with
