Section 6-5-338 Immunity of peace officers and tactical medics from tort liability for conduct
in the line of duty; certain employers of off-duty officers to maintain liability coverage.
(a) Every peace officer and tactical medic, except constables, who is employed or appointed
pursuant to the Constitution or statutes of this state, whether appointed or employed as a
peace officer or tactical medic by the state or a county or municipality thereof, or by an

on 911 is established. The commission shall do the following: (1) Study the operational and
financial condition of the current 911 systems within the State of Alabama and publish a report

Section 25-4-51 Rates of contributions, etc., by employers. (a) Contributions. Except as hereinafter

Section 27-21A-2 Establishment of health maintenance organizations. (a) Notwithstanding any
law of this state to the contrary, any person may apply to the commissioner for and obtain
a certificate of authority to establish and operate a health maintenance organization in compliance

Alabama Real Estate Appraisers Board. The board shall consist of nine members, one of whom
