Section 27-7-43 Rules and regulations under amendatory act. (a) The commissioner may adopt reasonable rules and regulations for the implementation and administration of Act 2001-702. (b) Prior to the adoption, amendment, or repeal of any regulation to implement Act 2001-702, the commissioner shall give at least 35 days' notice of the intended action by filing notice of the intended action with the Legislative Reference Service for publication in the Alabama Administrative Monthly.
