Section 27-32-3 Delinquency proceedings - Jurisdiction; venue; appeal. (a) The circuit court
shall have original jurisdiction of delinquency proceedings under this chapter, and any court
with jurisdiction is authorized to make all necessary and proper orders to carry out the purposes
of this chapter. (b) The venue of delinquency proceedings against a domestic insurer shall
be in the county of the insurer's principal place of business. The venue of such proceedings
against foreign and alien insurers shall be in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County. (c)
At any time after the commencement of a proceeding under this chapter, the commissioner may
apply to the court for an order changing the venue of and removing the proceedings to Montgomery
County or to any other county of this state in which he deems that such proceeding may be
most economically and efficiently conducted. (d) Delinquency proceedings pursuant to this

Section 30-9-2 Establishment of domestic violence fatality review teams; confidentiality of
information. (a) A statewide domestic violence fatality review team shall be established to
review fatal and near-fatal incidents of domestic violence, related domestic violence matters,
and suicides. Additional teams at the local and regional levels may be established as well
in conjunction with local law enforcement agencies, the local domestic violence center, and
local judicial officers including the court, prosecutor, and public defender. Teams established
at the local and regional levels shall be chaired by the district attorney of that particular
jurisdiction. The membership of a domestic violence fatality review team shall be inclusive
and reflect the racial, gender, geographic, urban/rural, and economic diversity of the state.

Section 33-5-75 Authority of Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources to cancel certification
or to suspend or revoke privilege of operating vessel; procedures. (a) The Commissioner of
Conservation and Natural Resources may cancel any boater safety certification upon determining
that the holder of the certification was not entitled to the issuance or that the holder failed
