Section 27-40-1 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases
shall have the following meanings: (1) INSURANCE PREMIUM FINANCE COMPANY. A person engaged
in the business of entering into premium finance agreements. (2) PREMIUM FINANCE AGREEMENT.
An agreement by which an insured or prospective insured promises to pay to a premium finance
company the amount advanced or to be advanced under the agreement to an insurer or to an insurance
agent or broker in payment of premiums on an insurance contract together with a service charge,

policy in an amount equal to not less than the amount of the bond insuring the licensee against
legal liability proximately caused by his custom application of pesticides and written by
an insurance company qualified and authorized to do business in the State of Alabama or by
an eligible surplus line insurer or insurers, acceptable to the Commissioner of Insurance,
may be filed with the commissioner in lieu of the surety bond as required in this section.
The total and aggregate of the insurer for all claims shall be limited to the face amount
of the liability insurance policy. A reasonable deductible clause may be included therein

Section 34-14A-8 Revocation, etc., of license; consumer complaint; hearing; appeal; reissuance;
fines. (a) The board may levy and collect administrative fines not to exceed five thousand
dollars ($5,000) for each violation or revoke or suspend the license of any licensee who,
in the opinion of the board, has committed fraud or deceit in obtaining a license required
by this chapter, who has been guilty of gross negligence, incompetence, or misconduct in the
practice of residential home building, who has engaged in the business of residential home

Section 5-25-14 Denial, suspension, or revocation of license. (a) The department may suspend
or revoke a license on any ground on which it might refuse to issue an original license, or
for a violation of any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation issued under this
chapter or for failure of the licensee to pay, within 30 days after it becomes final and nonappealable,

Section 27-7-33 Records. (a) A producer shall keep for a period of not less than three years,
or two years for business produced under limited lines credit insurance authority, at his
or her place of business complete records pertaining to transactions under the producer's
license. (b) Upon the commissioner's request, the producer shall furnish a verified copy of

Section 27-7-5.3 Licenses - Limited license for self-service storage facility. (a) As used
in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) LIMITED LICENSEE.
A person or entity authorized to sell certain coverages for personal property maintained
