For purposes of this article: (a) The term "bank" means any bank as defined in: Section 2(c) of the Bank Holding Company Act (12 U.S.C. §1841(c)); Section 3(a)(1) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (12 U.S.C. §1813(a)(1)), other than a branch of a foreign bank; or, as the context may require, in Chapter 5A, Title 5. Section 2-3A-8 Bonds of the authority. (a) Source of payment. All bonds issued by the authority shall be payable solely out of the revenues and other receipts of the authority as may be designated in the proceedings of the board under which the bonds shall be authorized to be issued. Section 25-4-75 Extension of benefit period. (a) Applicability of section. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, the duration of benefits as provided in Section 25-4-74 shall be extended as provided in this section. (b) Definitions.
