Section 11-61A-10 Operation of the facility. (a) As used in this section, the word "person" means a natural person, a corporation, a partnership, or an unincorporated association. (b) The authority shall carefully consider and decide whether it is in the public interest for the authority to operate the facility, enter into a contract with a person to operate the facility for the authority, or lease the facility. The authority shall consider all the following factors in making this determination: (1) The relative efficiency of the alternate operations. (2) The relative economy of the alternate operations. (3) The overall advantage and benefit to the authority and the public of the alternate operations. Section 27-5A-7 Required contract provisions; reinsurance intermediary-managers. Transactions between a reinsurance intermediary-manager and the reinsurer it represents in that capacity shall only be entered into pursuant to a written contract, specifying the responsibilities of each party, which shall be approved by the reinsurer's board of directors. At least 30 days before a reinsurer assumes or cedes business through a producer, a true copy of the approved contract shall be filed with the commissioner for approval. Section 16-8-42.1 Authority for risk management cooperative. (a) Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following terms shall have the meanings subscribed to them by this section: (1) RISK MANAGEMENT COOPERATIVE.
