Section 9-11-53 Resident license - Freshwater fishing. Section 11-65-20 Terms of operator's license. (a) An operator's license issued under this chapter, whether for horse racing and pari-mutuel wagering thereon or for greyhound racing and pari-mutuel wagering thereon, shall be for an initial period of 20 years, but shall be subject to renewal as provided in this section. A commission shall have no power to modify the terms of an operator's license, once issued, without the prior written consent of the holder of such license. Section 45-26-242.26 Renewal of license by mail; mail order fee. The revenue commissioner may mail an application for renewal of licenses to persons to whom licenses have been previously issued. The renewal forms shall be mailed prior to the expiration date of the license. The renewal forms may be in postcard form and shall contain sufficient information to adequately identify and process the renewal forms. There is established a fee to be entitled a mail order fee which shall be set from time to time by the county commission in an amount not to exceed five dollars ($5) per registration to pay the cost of the mailing procedure.
