Section 6-12A-5 Reporting to commissioner; disclosure; escrow fund. (a) Reporting by wholesalers and distributors. Not later than 20 days after the end of each month, and more frequently if so directed by the commissioner, each wholesaler and distributor shall submit all the information the commissioner requires to facilitate compliance with this chapter, including, but not limited to, a list by brand family of the total number of cigarettes or in the case of roll your own, the equivalent stick count for which the wholesalers and distributors affixed stamps during the previous month or otherwise paid the tax due for any cigarettes. (a) For the purpose of providing the funds necessary to carry out the powers and duties of the association, the board of directors shall assess the member insurers, separately for each account, at such time and for such amounts as the board finds necessary. Section 34-9-6.1 Mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations. (a) For purposes of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME. The dental home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and family-centered way. (2) MOBILE DENTAL FACILITY. Any self-contained facility in which dentistry or dental hygiene is practiced which may be moved, towed, or transported from one location to another. (3) OPERATOR.
