Section 2-5A-30 Definitions. Whenever used in this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) BONDS. Those bonds, including the refunding bonds, issued under and pursuant to the provisions of this article. (2) GOVERNMENT SECURITIES.
