Section 27-15-8 Life insurance policy provisions - Loans on policy. (a) In case of policies
issued on and after the operative date of Section 21-15-28, there shall be a provision that
after the policy has a cash surrender value and while no premium is in default beyond the
grace period for payment the insurer will advance, on proper assignment or pledge of the policy
and on the sole security thereof, at a specified rate of interest not exceeding eight percent
per annum, payable in advance, an amount equal to or, at the option of the party entitled
thereto, less than the loan value of the policy. The loan value of the policy shall be at
least equal to the cash surrender value at the end of the then current policy year, provided
that the insurer may deduct, either from such loan value or from the proceeds of the loan,
any existing indebtedness not already deducted in determining such cash surrender value including
any interest then accrued but not due, any unpaid balance of the premium...

Section 27-18-15 Employee life insurance. "Employee life insurance" is that plan
of life insurance, other than salary savings life insurance or pension trust insurance and
annuities, under which individual policies are issued to the employees of any employer and
where such policies are issued on the lives of not less than three employees at date of issue.

Section 27-22-2 Industrial fire insurance policies. (a) Industrial fire insurance policies
are policies issued by insurers writing fire and allied lines of insurance through agents
operating on the debit agency system under which system a weekly or monthly collection percentage
is paid based either on actual weekly or monthly premium collections or weekly or monthly
increases of premium collections. (b) No such policy, or such policies, covering any of the
same subjects of insurance shall be issued which provides indemnity exceeding the limits set
by the commissioner as to any one loss resulting from any, or all, of the hazards or perils
insured against. (c) No such policy shall be issued except upon a monthly or weekly premium
payment basis. No discount for premiums paid in advance shall exceed five percent for premiums
paid for six months in advance or 10 percent for premiums paid for 12 months in advance. In

Section 8-32-4 Required provisions, reimbursement insurance policy. Reimbursement insurance
policies insuring service contracts sold in this state shall provide that, upon failure of
the provider to perform under the service contract, including, without limitation, failure
to refund or credit the unearned portion of the purchase price of the service contract to
the extent required by this chapter, the insurer that issued the reimbursement insurance policy
shall pay on behalf of the provider any sums the provider is legally obligated to pay to a

Section 27-19-38 Coverage of newly born children in health insurance policies. (a) All individual
and group health insurance policies providing coverage on an expense-incurred basis and individual
and group service or indemnity type contracts issued by a nonprofit service corporation which
provide coverage for a family member of the insured or subscriber shall, as to such family
members' coverage, also provide that the health insurance benefits applicable for children
shall be payable with respect to a newly born child of the insured or subscriber from the
moment of birth. (b) The coverage for newly born children shall consist of coverage of injury
