Section 45-6-241 Imposition of excise taxes; monthly report; failure to comply. (a) For the
purposes of this section, the following terms shall have the respective meanings ascribed
by this subsection. (1) COUNTY. Bullock County. (2) COMMISSION. The Bullock County Commission.
(3) GASOLINE. Gasoline, gasohol, naphtha, and other liquid motor fuels or any device or substitute
therefor commonly used in internal combustion engines; provided, that such term shall not
be held to apply to those products known commercially as "kerosene oil," "fuel
oil" or "crude oil" when used for lighting, heating, or industrial purposes.
(4) MOTOR FUEL. Diesel oil, tractor fuel, gas oil, distillate, kerosene, jet fuel, or any
substitutes or devices therefor when sold, distributed, stored, or withdrawn from storage
in any county for use in the operation of any motor vehicle upon the highways of this state.

Section 27-62-4 Information security program. (a) Commensurate with the size and complexity
of the licensee, the nature and scope of the activities of the licensee, including its use
of third-party service providers, and the sensitivity of the nonpublic information used by
the licensee or in the possession, custody, or control of the licensee, each licensee shall
develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive written information security program based
on the risk assessment of the licensee that contains administrative, technical, and physical
safeguards for the protection of nonpublic information and the information system of the licensee.

to do business in the state certifying that the applicant has a public liability insurance
policy in force for the surface mining and reclamation operations for which such permit is
sought, or evidence that the applicant has satisfied other state self-insurance requirements.
The policy shall provide for personal injury and property damage protection
in an amount adequate to compensate any persons damaged as a result of surface coal mining
and reclamation operations including use of explosives and entitled to compensation under
