Section 32-8-2 Definitions. For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) CURRENT ADDRESS. A new address different from the address shown on the application or on the certificate of title. The owner, within 30 days after the address is changed from that shown on the application or on the certificate of title, shall notify the department of the change of address in the manner prescribed by the department. (2) DEALER. Section 37-3-20 Tariffs of common carriers. (a) Every common carrier by motor vehicle shall file with the commission and keep open to the public inspection tariffs showing all the rates, fares and charges for transportation and all services in connection therewith of passengers or property in intrastate commerce in the State of Alabama between points on its own route and between points on its own route and points on the route of any other such carrier, or on the route of any common carrier by railroad or express, or water, when a through route and route and joint rate shall have been established. Section 11-44E-3 Election of commission and mayor; term of office. (a) The expense for all elections shall be paid by such city. The mayor and all commission candidates shall qualify as provided in Sections 11-44E-71 and 11-44E-72, respectively, and shall have the qualifications and eligibility set forth in this chapter. Section 11-88-94 Form, terms, denominations, etc., of notes issued under article; sale, exchange, etc., generally; sale price; applicability of certain other provisions of law. Any notes or bonds issued under this article may be secured by a pledge of the assessments made with respect to the improvement being financed. (a) All deposits in this state made under this title shall be held on deposit as long as there is outstanding any liability of the insurer with respect to which the deposit was made.
