Section 27-15-28.2 Standard nonforfeiture law for individual deferred annuities - Annuity contracts issued after June 30, 2006, or by election under this section until June 30, 2006. (a) This section shall be known as the standard nonforfeiture law for individual deferred annuities. Section 41-15B-2.2 Allocation of trust fund revenues. There is hereby levied an annual privilege tax on every corporation, limited liability entity, and disregarded entity doing business in Alabama, or organized, incorporated, qualified, or registered under the laws of Alabama.
