Section 27-29B-3 Disclosure requirement. (a) Not later than June 1 of each calendar year, an insurer or the insurance group of which the insurer is a member, shall submit to the commissioner a Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure that contains the information described in Section 27-29B-5. Notwithstanding any request from the commissioner made pursuant to subsection (c), if the insurer is a member of an insurance group, the insurer shall submit the report required by this section to the commissioner of the lead state for the insurance group in accordance with the laws of the lead state as determined by the procedures outlined in the most recent Financial Analysis Handbook adopted by the NAIC. Section 10A-5-9.02 Requirements for articles of merger; effective date. REPEALED IN THE 2014 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2014-144 EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2017. Section 27-42-10 Duties and powers of the commissioner; judicial review. (a) The commissioner shall: (1) Notify the association of the existence of an insolvent insurer not later than three days after he receives notice of determination of the insolvency.
