Section 27-29A-5 ORSA Summary Report. (a) Upon the commissioner's request, and no more than
once each year, an insurer shall submit to the commissioner an ORSA Summary Report or any
combination of reports that together contain the information described in the ORSA Guidance
Manual, applicable to the insurer or the insurance group of which it is a member, or both.
Notwithstanding any request from the commissioner, if the insurer is a member of an insurance
group, the insurer shall submit the report or reports required by this subsection if the commissioner
is the lead state commissioner of the insurance group as determined by the procedures within
the Financial Analysis Handbook adopted by the NAIC. (b) The report or reports shall include
a signature of the insurer or insurance group's chief risk officer or other executive having
responsibility for the oversight of the insurer's enterprise risk management process attesting

Section 27-39-6 Application for certificate of authority; annual license fee; issuance of license.
(a) Within 30 days after January 1, 1972, every automobile club or association organized and/or
operating in the State of Alabama shall file with the commissioner an application for a certificate
of authority to continue said operations within the state, and every automobile club or association
desiring to commence operations within the state shall, prior to the commencement of said
operation, file application with and receive a certificate of authority from the commissioner.
No certificate of authority shall be issued until the automobile club or association has paid
to the commissioner $250.00 as an annual license fee, which fee shall not be returnable. Licenses
shall be issued for the period beginning January 1 of each year and shall expire on the following

Section 40-16-1 Definitions. For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have
the respective meanings ascribed to them by this section: (1) FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. Any person,

(a) Subject to the limitation contained in this section and in addition to the powers which

Section 27-29A-1 Purpose and scope. (a) The purpose of this chapter is to provide the requirements
