Section 11-62-1 Definitions. (a) The following words and phrases used in this chapter, and others evidently intended as the equivalent thereof, shall, in the absence of clear implication herein otherwise, be given the following respective interpretations herein: (1) AUTHORITY. Section 27-43-10 Types of legal expense insurance; policy and certificate forms; issuance of policies and certificates. (a) Legal expense insurance may be written as individual, group, blanket, or franchise insurance. Each contractual obligation for legal expense insurance must be evidenced by a policy.
