Section 2-8-56 Bond of treasurer of association. Before any money is remitted by the Commissioner
of Agriculture and Industries to the treasurer of an organization or association as authorized
under the provisions of this article, the treasurer of said organization shall furnish to
the commissioner a bond approved by the commissioner in an amount not less than the estimated
quarterly receipts but not more than the estimated annual total amount of the assessment handled
by such officer. The surety on said bond shall be a corporate surety company duly qualified
and licensed to do business in Alabama, and said bond shall be conditioned upon the faithful
handling, proper accounting and properly authorized expenditure of all funds received and

Section 27-29-5 Transactions of insurers with affiliates; adequacy of surplus; dividends and
other distributions. (a) Transactions within an insurance holding company system to which
an insurer subject to registration is a party shall be subject to all of the following standards:
(1) The terms shall be fair and reasonable. (2) Agreements for cost sharing services and management
shall include such provisions as required by rule and regulation issued by the commissioner.
(3) Charges or fees for services performed shall be reasonable. (4) Expenses incurred and

Section 27-29B-3 Disclosure requirement. (a) Not later than June 1 of each calendar year, an
insurer or the insurance group of which the insurer is a member, shall submit to the commissioner
a Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure that contains the information described in Section
27-29B-5. Notwithstanding any request from the commissioner made pursuant to subsection (c),
if the insurer is a member of an insurance group, the insurer shall submit the report required
by this section to the commissioner of the lead state for the insurance group in accordance

Section 40-29-23.1 Development and operation of financial institution data match program. (a)
For purposes of this section the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) ACCOUNT.
A demand deposit account, checking account, negotiable withdrawal order account, savings account,
time deposit account, or money-market mutual fund account. (2) ACCOUNT HOLDER. A person or
persons authorized to perform transactions on behalf of an account. (3) DELINQUENT TAXPAYER.
A taxpayer with an outstanding tax liability for which a final assessment has been entered
that is no longer subject to appeal under the Alabama Taxpayer's Bill of Rights, so that the
assessment is final, due, and owing, and for whom both of the following conditions are true:
a. The tax liability remains unpaid after 10 days from the issuance of a final notice before

Section 41-10-44.2 Additional definitions. In addition to the definitions contained in Sections
41-10-20 and 41-10-36, the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively,

Section 27-32-1 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have
