Section 27-31-13 Action on bond or deposit in lieu thereof. Action on the attorney's
bond or to recover against any such deposit made in lieu thereof may be brought at any time
by one or more subscribers suffering loss through a violation of its conditions, or by a receiver
or liquidator of the insurer. Amounts recovered on the bond shall be deposited in, and become
part of, the insurer's funds. The total aggregate liability of the surety shall be limited

Section 27-44-8 Powers and duties of association. (a) If a member insurer is an impaired
insurer, the association may, in its discretion and subject to any conditions imposed by the
association that do not impair the contractual obligations of the impaired insurer, and that
are approved by the commissioner: (1) Guarantee or reinsure, or cause to be guaranteed, assumed,
or reinsured, any or all of the covered policies of the impaired insurers. (2) Provide such

Section 25-4-51 Rates of contributions, etc., by employers. (a) Contributions. Except
