Section 11-91A-7 Jurisdiction of board; funding; powers of board. The board shall have full,
complete, and exclusive jurisdiction over the program and shall allocate funds from its treasury
for the fulfillment and accomplishment of its duties and responsibilities in a manner as may
be necessary and appropriate to carry out the purposes of this chapter. The board shall have
the general powers and authority granted under the laws of this state for health insurers,
and in addition thereto, the specific authority to do all of the following: (a) Subject to
compliance with Section 11-91A-8 where applicable, execute a contract or contracts to provide
for the administration of the program in accordance with this chapter. The contract or contracts

Section 22-21-326 Securities issued under article as legal investments. Securities issued under
the provisions of this article are hereby made legal investments for savings banks and insurance
companies organized under the laws of the state. Unless otherwise directed by the court having
jurisdiction thereof or the document that is the source of authority, a trustee, executor,
administrator, guardian or one acting in any other fiduciary capacity may, in addition to
any other investment powers conferred by law and with the exercise of reasonable business
prudence, invest trust funds in securities of an authority. The governing body of any authorizing
subdivision (or any county or municipality in which any health care facilities of an authority
may be situated) is authorized, in its discretion, to invest in securities of such authority

Section 45-14-80.02 Judicial Administration Fund. (a) In addition to all other costs and charges
in circuit and district court cases in Clay County, an additional court charge of one dollar
($1) shall be charged and collected by the clerk of the court. This charge shall not be collected
on small claims cases. When collected by the clerk of the court, the additional court charge
shall be remitted monthly to the Judicial Administration Fund. (b)(1) The Judicial Administration
