Section 31-2-17 Unauthorized wearing of uniform of United States Armed Forces. (a) All secondary metals recyclers subject to this article shall register with the Alabama Criminal Justice Information Center (ACJIC) by August 31, 2012, and shall pay an annual registration fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) to ACJIC. Section 34-21-2 Board of Nursing generally. (a) There is created the Board of Nursing, which shall be composed of 13 members to be appointed and have the duties and powers enumerated in this section.
