Section 10A-17-1.06 Statement of authority as to real property. (a) A nonprofit association
shall execute and record a statement of authority to transfer an estate or interest in real
property in the name of the nonprofit association. (b) An estate or interest in real property
in the name of a nonprofit association may be transferred by a person so authorized in a statement
of authority recorded in the office of the judge of probate of the county in which the real
property is located. (c) A statement of authority shall set forth: (1) The name of the nonprofit
association; (2) The address in Alabama, including the street address, if any, of the nonprofit
association, or, if the nonprofit association does not have an address in Alabama, its address

Section 25-5-8 Employers' options to secure payment of compensation. (a) Option to insure risks.
An employer subject to this chapter may secure the payment of compensation under this chapter
by insuring and keeping insured his or her liability in some insurance corporation, association,
organization, insurance association, corporation, or association formed of employers and workers

Section 27-41-24 Particular investments - Loans secured by pledges of securities or pledges
or assignments of life insurance policies. An insurer may invest in loans with a maturity
not in excess of five years from the date thereof which are secured by pledge of securities
eligible for investment under this chapter or by the pledge or assignment of life insurance
policies issued by insurers authorized to transact insurance in this state. On the date made,
no such loan shall exceed in amount 75 percent of the market value of the collateral pledged;
