Section 32-7-25 Chapter not to affect other policies. (a) This chapter shall not be held to
apply to or affect policies of automobile insurance against liability which may now or hereafter
be required by any other law of this state, and such policies, if they contain an agreement
or are endorsed to conform to the requirements of this chapter, may be certified as proof
of financial responsibility under this chapter. (b) This chapter shall not be held to apply

Section 27-25-4.1 Title agent qualifications. (a) The commissioner may contract with non-governmental
entities, including NAIC, to perform any ministerial functions, including the collection of

Section 27-6-15 Release of deposit - Generally. (a) All deposits in this state made under this
title shall be held on deposit as long as there is outstanding any liability of the insurer
with respect to which the deposit was made. (b) Any such deposit shall be released and returned:
(1) To the insurer upon extinguishment by reinsurance in an insurer authorized to transact

Section 27-21A-23 Statutory construction and relationship to other laws. (a) Except as otherwise
provided in this chapter, provisions of the insurance law and provisions of health care service

Section 27-27-17 Domestic mutual insurers - Solicitation of qualifying applications for insurance.

Section 32-7A-2 Definitions. (a) For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall
