Section 22-22-9 Powers and duties; enforcement of orders; permits; civil penalties for violations. Section 25-4-54 Contribution rates for employers subject to benefit charges; determination of individual benefit charges. (a) Determination of contribution rates. (a) All individuals who offer preneed contracts to the public, or who execute preneed contracts on behalf of a certificate holder, shall be registered with the commissioner as preneed sales agents, pursuant to this article.
