Section 25-4-10 Employment. (a) Subject to other provisions of this chapter, "employment" means: (1) Any service performed prior to January 1, 1978, which was employment as defined in this section prior to such date and, subject to the other provisions of this section, services performed for remuneration after December 31, 1977, including service in interstate commerce, by: a. Any officer of a corporation; or b. Any individual who, under the usual common law rules applicable in determining the employer-employee relationship, has the status of an employee; or c. Any individual other than an individual who is an employee under paragraphs a. or b. of this subdivision (1) who performs services for remuneration for any person: 1. Section 40-29-22 Lien for taxes - Validity and priority against certain persons. (a) Purchasers, holders of security interests, mechanic's lienors, and judgment lien creditors. (a) Except as provided in subsection (c), every corporation, joint stock company, or association subject to income tax under this chapter shall file a return with the Department of Revenue for each taxable year, stating specifically the items of its gross income and the deductions and credits allowed by this chapter. In cases where receivers, trustees in bankruptcy, or assignees are operating the property or business of corporations, such receivers, trustees, or assignees shall file returns for such corporations in the same manner and form as corporations are required to file returns. Section 27-2B-3 Preparation and submission of RBC report; formulas; desirability of excess capital; adjustment of inaccurate RBC report. (a) Every domestic insurer shall, on or prior to each March 1 (the "filing date"), prepare and submit to the commissioner a report of its RBC levels as of the end of the calendar year just ended, in a form and containing information as is required by the RBC instructions. Section 27-29B-5 Contents of Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure. (a) The insurer or insurance group shall have discretion over the responses to the CGAD inquiries, provided the CGAD shall contain the material information necessary to permit the commissioner to gain an understanding of the insurer's or insurance group's corporate governance structure, policies, and practices. The commissioner may request additional information that the commissioner deems material and necessary to provide the commissioner with a clear understanding of the corporate governance policies or the reporting or information system or controls implementing those policies.
