Section 32-7A-2 Definitions. (a) For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, except in those instances where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE. A document issued by an insurer or its authorized representative showing that a specific vehicle is insured for no less than the minimum limits of liability coverage for bodily injury or death and for destruction of property under subsection (c) of Section 32-7-6. (2) COMMERCIAL AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY. An insurance policy that: a. Is written on either a commercial coverage or other commercially rated personal policy form, including, but not limited to, a commercial auto, garage, or truckers form, and is not dependent on the type, number, or ownership of vehicle or entity covered or insured. b. Insures vehicles that are not identified individually by vehicle identification number on the policy....

Section 6-12A-5 Reporting to commissioner; disclosure; escrow fund. (a) Reporting by wholesalers and distributors. Not later than 20 days after the end of each month, and more frequently if so directed by the commissioner, each wholesaler and distributor shall submit all the information the commissioner requires to facilitate compliance with this chapter, including, but not limited to, a list by brand family of the total number of cigarettes or in the case of roll your own, the equivalent stick count for which the wholesalers and distributors affixed stamps during the previous month or otherwise paid the tax due for any cigarettes. (a) The application for a master dealer license shall be in such form and shall be subject to such rules as may be prescribed by the commissioner. Section 27-5B-7 Reinsurer maintaining a trust fund. (a) Credit shall be allowed when the reinsurance is ceded to an assuming insurer that maintains a trust fund in a qualified U.S. financial institution, as defined in subsection (b) of Section 27-5B-15, for the payment of the valid claims of its U.S. ceding insurers, their assigns and successors in interest. To enable the commissioner to determine the sufficiency of the trust fund, the assuming insurer shall report annually to the commissioner information substantially the same as that required to be reported on the NAIC Annual Statement form by licensed insurers. Section 34-9-6.1 Mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations. (a) For purposes of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME. The dental home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and family-centered way. (2) MOBILE DENTAL FACILITY. Any self-contained facility in which dentistry or dental hygiene is practiced which may be moved, towed, or transported from one location to another. (3) OPERATOR.
